Commissioned by The Tempered Room to photograph some of their catering menu items.
The Tempered Room is Toronto's premium Parisian pâtisserie, café, catering kitchen and event space. It's owned and operated by Parisien pastry chef Bertrand Alépée and it has quickly become one of my favourite places to chill-out and get work done in the city.
One of my favourite things to snack on are the almond croissants. They're like nothing you've had before and they will keep you coming back for more. Complimented with an americano it's a perfect morning or mid afternoon snack.
